1 Rory wouldn't let it happen and I don't think she'd want it to happen. Alec is probably stupid enough to let it happen and it would probably be entertaining.
2 I think it might be interesting. Rory's is perfectly normal human boring shit. Alec's blood could possibly be super-yummy but I don't think it'd be LSD addictive qualities. Maybe like chocolate craving addictive? But Alec will exist outside of time ... and thus does exist out of time (wibbly wobbly) and so at certain points it may be a bit more addictive or a bit less addictive or a bit more fuck you up...
3 She's more than welcome to try! Alec's an empath and has good shields. Nosy telepathic boyfriends will do that to you. Being human, Rory doesn't have any shields, just sheer stupid will power which is some protection but not much. But if she were to go too deep she'd get a nasty surprise from the Morrigan.

5 Rory really is an ordinary human, he's just got protections from the Morrigan that don't really kick in except for at the on the last edges of probably going to die in a few seconds. Also he's been training in combat for most of his life so more than capable of taking care of himself.
Alec is a bundle of magical potential that hasn't kicked in yet. (And we should be glad.)
